The apartment was exceptionally clean and located adjacent to Madrid, Grand Via, and cafés. Stayed in adequate room with 3 bathroom.

The spacious and bright apartment provided ample space for our family. The comfortable bed and excellent water pressure in the shower made for a pleasant stay. The location was also ideal, with easy access to the city. Additionally, the staff at Reception were friendly, helpful, and organized our airport transfers. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like the lack of enough towels and some damaged furniture, we had an overall positive experience. We would definitely recommend Slow Suites Luchana for a comfortable and convenient stay in Madrid. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable accommodations.

I didn't feel like leaving, would definitely come back. Had a relaxing stay for one night. Bilbao underground station was less than 100 metres away. Fully-equipped rooms with comfortable beds, I relaxed well. Everything was simply brand-new.

Conveniently located near public transport, with nearby supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. Early access to the apartment was a bonus, allowing us to explore without luggage. Code-based entry made it easy for all family members to access. Ample hot water and comfortable accommodations for three people.

The location was great, close to the metro and surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped and the beds were comfortable.

There was some noise disturbance from the neighbors, with loud music playing until the early hours of the morning on multiple occasions. This disrupted our sleep and was quite frustrating.
